COMMISSION STRUCTURE
£0 Threshold for the first 6 months on Perm & Contract
Staggered threshold for Contract from 6-9 months
£0,000 – 4,000 = 0%
£4,001 – 9,999 = 17.5%
£10,000 – 19,999 = 20%
£20,000 – 29,999 = 25%
£30,000 + = 30%
Quarterly bonus structure – once you hit the threshold,
you will be paid an additional 5% of everything you bill.
PERM QUARTERLY TARGET – NFI £50,000
CONTRACT QUARTERLY TARGET – NFI £60,000
